New Production Way — Solid Silicone to Liquid Silicone
Reseach developed the solid-to-liquid production method in 2023. The machine that originally produced solid silicone products could be modified to produce liquid silicone products by adding a Lsr Dosing Machine. This production method won the third prize in the Hong Kong Industrial Design Competition in 2015.
1. The process is simple and only requires one person to operate.
Liquid Silicone Rubber molding process: Injection/dispensing –clamping –demold-- Inspection – remove flash
2. The production cycle of the product is short.
Take the ipad protective cover as an example:

3. The quality of liquid silicone rubber is good, and the molding cycle is short.
Liquid silicone rubber exhibits remarkable transparency, tear resistance, elasticity, resistance to yellowing, thermal stability, aging resistance and weather resistance. Moreover, no harmful substances are present after curing.
